The 2004 Auction and Social was held at UNI's Commons Ballroom/Georgian Lounge. The program included singing by four PLS
elementary students, a slide show for the Unit III team, who were honored as Extraordinary Emeritus, and speeches by Annabeth
Gish and John Aldrich, Jr., who were given the Outstanding Alum awards.
More than 150 people were in attendance, bidding on more than eighty auction items, raising thousands of dollars for AFPLS.
The money will be used to fund the newsletter and to fund mini grants for PLS teachers and program support.
Many thanks to all who worked so hard to make this fantastic night possible, especially those who donated or bid on auction
items and everyone in attendance that night.
